Because they're my favourite band, always have been and they remind me of things that are important.
Tattoo’s are something that will forever be on you. Something that should mean everything to you. If you can’t give a definite reason or story as to why you have that tattoo, and why it means something to you, then I don’t see a point in getting it. If you are unable to tell a person WHY you have that tattoo when they ask, or you are unable to give a definite answer, I don’t see a point in getting it.
Remind you of things that are important… your favourite band… reasons, yes. But it doesn’t tell a story or define you in a way that others will be able to see.
The two tattoo’s I have, and ones i plan on getting are all a clear symbol of who I am, what I stand for, and in the tattoo itself tells a story that others will get the gist of just by looking at it.
If I ask a question, you should be able to answer me and not back down from it. It is something that you will have on you for the rest of your life, and you will get many more questions in the future regarding the tattoo you have. You going to back down from those ones too, or just answer the question and let people know why you are getting that put on your body for the rest of your life? ;)\
